Arosa is situated at 1,800 m above sea level, at the end of the Schanfigg valley. Due to its location the area is very sunny and sheltered from the wind. There is no through-traffic in Arosa as the village is a cul-de-sac, and car driving is banned from midnight to 6 a.m.

A very wide variety of sport and leisure activities on offer in summer and winter make Arosa an ideal holiday resort. But be warned – Arosa can be addictive!
